What is new in Windows Server 2022? It’s the next Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) release from Microsoft that enables users to run their applications on Azure, on-premises, and at the edge with confidence.

Microsoft has said the following about the newest release:

‘The new release also provides secure connectivity, introducing several new capabilities such as faster and more secure encrypted HTTPS connections and industry-standard SMB AES 256 encryption.’
