Sometimes it can be confusing with so many amazing options out here, which licence to go for. So, we’re here to let you in on a bit of a secret – by staying on Exchange Plan 1, you’re missing out on SO many amazing products for only 80p more per user per month! Check out your current licence comparison below to see if you’re like to upgrade Exchange to Office 365:

So, what do you get now?

Exchange online plan 1 gives you a secure and reliable business-class email with a 50 GB mailbox per user. You don’t get any other office applications included, and you don’t get a desktop version of Outlook.

What could you get for 80p more?

Office 365 Business Essentials gives you so many more amazing (and essential) business apps for less than £1 more per person than Exchange Online Plan 1. You get the same great business email as you do with Exchange Online Plan 1, but you also get web versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint available across 5 phones and tablets (iOS and Android). This means real-time co-authoring with colleagues, better collaboration and the ability to attach recent docs directly to your emails from the Outlook web app!

That’s not all though, you also get OneDrive, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to complete your teamwork and communication package. Host online meetings and video calls online with Microsoft Teams. Store company documents in SharePoint, sync them with a group on Teams and chat about them in real time with other users. Load up OneDrive with all the files and docs you need to do your job on the go (you do get 1TB of storage), share them with external contacts through guest links – or securely send them via emails with permissions so only certain people can access the information. All these great cloud products come with security to meet key international and industry specific security standards, control who has access to business data with security groups and set permissions and set password policies that require users to set new passwords after a specified amount of time. So, you can be sure that as your business expands, it remains safe.

As you can see, upgrading to Business Essentials gives you so many more online apps and features for a mere 80p a month or £9.60 a year per user. So, if you’re looking to expand your collaboration abilities but keep costs low for your organisation, upgrade Exchange to Office 365
