Microsoft Teams Updates: April 2022 – Frontline Workers

Microsoft announced some new upgrades and improvements to their Microsoft Teams platform in April this year – for Frontline Workers in particular, there were a number of updates that looked at making their work and jobs easier and helping to make Frontline Workers lives a bit better through some pretty great solutions and updates.

We all know how important it is for Frontline Workers to have access to reliable and consistent calling systems – this is a focus point for Microsoft who have put a lot of effort into making updates that benefit this sector and help make a positive difference. Let us take a look at some of the updates that have been made:

  • Microsoft Bookings in Teams now allows Virtual Appointments to be made through the integration of Microsoft Forms.
  • Tag Management settings have been updated to include the ability to now make, adjust, and edit tags to suit the teams.
  • The Walkie Talkie application is now able to be used on the DuraForce Ultra 5G and DuraSport 5G Kyocera devices and Kyocera 5G Ruggard Smartphone.
