If you’re looking to outsource your IT support service in some way, there are lots of different packages and variations of support that you can take.

A lot of it depends on whether or not you just want a commodity service, you want to forget about your IT and just outsource it to an IT partner to fix things for you and advise you about that new technology. But you also might have your own internal team and you just want to bounce out a few cases, but then you still might want that performed within strict service levels.

All of these are options available to you. Maybe it’s pay-as-you-go, maybe it’s pay monthly on a fixed monthly fee and perhaps separate callouts from you fixed monthly fee. All of these are available you just need the right type of flexible IT support partner.
