We get to know your systems at the start of the service, through our complimentary audit and our Helpdesk pass on support call information to the Field Support team before they turn up at your offices, which means you don’t have to explain the problem twice.
We monitor all your network and critical systems 24/7, to pre-empt any issues before they happen. Our main purpose is to support you promptly and efficiently.

Platinum Service (Larger Businesses 100+ users)
- Compliment your support teams: We frequently compliment inhouse corporate support teams with our engineers. This generally ranges from holiday cover to contractual positions over 3 to 6 month terms. The benefit to the customer is that they are complimenting their inhouse teams with resource that comes from a consultancy and therefore they access a broader knowledge base, compared to a one man band contractor, recruited through an agency.
- Modular outsourcing: You may decide that you want to outsource a particular team’s function to TechQuarters. As an example we can place a full Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Installations or Server Admin team on your site. Whether the team is small or large, it doesn’t matter, we can be flexible to your needs.
