TQ Email ‘Protection, Security, Continuity’

TQ Email is an online anti-spam and anti-virus solution, that protects your email and cleans it before it contaminates your network. It comes in two flavours, TQ Email Lite and TQ Email Premium. The TQ Lite version is designed to combine with an in-house existing anti-virus system, working in tandem as Hybrid solution. TQ Email Lite doesn’t provide online antivirus services which are included in TQ Email Premium but does include many of the other features.

TQ Email Lite and Premium combine state of the art ‘email business continuity’, which enables all your users to carry on emailing in the event that your email server crashes. As soon as the server is fixed or recovers the emails will synchronize any emailing done while the server was down.

How does TQ Email work?

TQ Email works by passing all your email traffic through a range of up to date (zero hour) antivirus cleansing tools, coupled with anti-spam software, that operates from the cloud.

This means that all your inbound email is washed before it reaches your in-house network. Coupled with this, all email that is outbound, gets cleansed in case it has somehow attracted malware or viruses internally. This means all your recipients do not receive unwanted and potentially embarrassing emails containing viruses.

To combine with this, if your email server stopped working for some reason, TQ Email allows all your users to simply login through a secure portal and use a familiar web email interface to carry on their work.
