Chris – CEO of TechQuarters
Chris mainly works on the direction and strategy for the business, whilst still keeping a hand in some of the sales and ensuring the business is on track with controlled growth. He loves a challenge, having cycled the piste2plage event last year, which involved 500Km up and down the Alps in 4 days. Furthermore, Chris cycled from San Francisco to Los Angeles in October, completed the Virgin London Triathlon in July 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Mark is TechQuarters Head of Operations. Forward-thinking and meticulous, Mark ensures the whole of TechQuarters continues to run smoothly and efficiently. Always a team player; Mark keeps the whole team motivated and will take on any challenge TechQuarters has to throw at him.
James – Channel Manager
James heads up the whole of the technical area, including the Projects team and the Support. When it comes to complex infrastructures and Microsoft Azure, there’s not a lot James doesn’t know! He’s always positive and remains calm in any situation – his skills and energy keeping the Technical team motivated and enjoying themselves everyday.
Hardy is our most Senior Project Consultant. He’s incredibly clear and precise with his technical solutions and implementations. He fundamentally wants to do a great job for every customer which is why they love working with him. He has incredible energy and has the ability to do five peoples workload in one!
Michael – Support Manager
Michael’s job with TechQuarters is the make sure the Support area is working like clockwork! We have set SLA’s to do with in-house calls and call-outs, and he’s the one that makes sure everything is done on schedule and to the highest standard.
Gary leads the helpdesk team, his main role is to address and resolve any technical issues. Chris has worked with Gary for the last 20 years in IT services; he always says, you will never find a person with better customer handling skills, Gary is amazing at solving tough IT issues, whilst keeping the customer super happy at all times.
Simon started at TechQuarters a few years ago, as an apprentice and was recently promoted to Support Team Leader. Simon is the go to guy for almost everything in TechQuarters and acts as our own internal IT Manager. He manages the apprentices and above all he is a multi-tasker. This year alone, Simon has completed five 50 mile bike rides and cycles into work every day..
