There are no catches and if at the end of the month you don’t want to continue with our service, then you can walk away absolutely free of charge.

2. Our Terms
The Free IT Support promotion is only available to businesses who have between 10 to 100 PC’s or MACS and 1 to 10 servers, located inside the M25 of London.

We will perform a quick and easy ‘Free Network Assessment’ and if the software or hardware is too old in our view, the ‘Free Support for a month’ will not apply. E.g. This is generally any desktops with Windows operating systems before 2000 or MS office prior to 2003. However we are quite reasonable with our judgement on the assessments and 9 times out of 10 customer networks are at a required level to qualify for the support. If not, we can always discuss other options.

We will not be able to support your site if you have another contract for IT Support services, running at the same time we provide the support, unless you have cancelled your incumbent IT Support suppliers contract and they no longer have access or are providing the support during their contracted notice periods being run out.

Our agreement with you is such that you may give us notice in writing at the end of the first month to cancel the contract and if you do, then you will not be charged anything for that month’s support. If you decide to carry on using our services, then the contract will simply extend for a period of 12 months on our standard support tariff. The introductory offer is restricted to the first 5 companies that subscribe to it before December and subsequent interested parties may also receive the free month of support in return for a minimum 6 month agreement term. We are also Cloud computing consultants in London and provide support for general software as a service.
